Hayat Kimya & Kastamonu Entegre – Multi-Site OT Asset Discovery and Inventory Project (Phase 1)
At Hayat Kimya’s five separate production facilities located at the Gebze campus, as well as at Kastamonu Entegre’s production facility in Italy—part of the same corporate group—we carried out a comprehensive OT asset discovery and analysis project to establish visibility across OT environments and to form the foundation for IT–OT separation.
Across facilities operating in different industries with industry-specific production processes, featuring complex structures with multiple PLC brands and independently designed installations, all sites were addressed using a single methodology thanks to our vendor-agnostic OT engineering approach.
Following months of extensive fieldwork, the technical “snapshot” of the OT networks was captured, forming the foundation for secure architecture design.
